Emily Williaams is mom to Vance (1st grade), Finn (Pre-K), and Nash (terrible two).  She owns FIT4MOM West Seattle, a fitness program for moms offering pre- and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood.  FIT4MOM West Seattle offers local moms prenatal classes, stroller based workouts, HiIT classes, Run Club, Yoga, & more!
